2 Days A Week Strength Training Program
Use medium to heavy weight on all upper body exercises and as heavy as you can on lower body exercises. A giant sets means you're doing all the exercises back to back then repeating. The only rest periods you need are to get water. This workout is designed as a circuit but does incorporate rest periods for all body parts while you are training different body parts so try to keep moving as much as you can.
Day 1: Quads, Biceps, Chest, Shoulders, Abs

Incline dumbbell curls 10-12
Standing ez bar curls 10-12
Standing dumbbell hammer curls 10-12
Stationary Lunges 10

Fly machine or dumbbell flys on bench 10-12
