I love trying out all types of workouts long term and short term. I pretty much use myself as a guinea pig because it's a great learning experience. My latest experience with Vince Gironda's (one of Arnold Schwarzenager's first trainers and trainer of numerous movie stars) eight sets of eight was like nothing I had tried before and probably the best way to shock your body into looking better and fast. If you've been slacking off on your workout routine since Thanksgiving and eating carbs, sweets, and fast food like they're going out of style then you've probably noticed that you're not looking your best. The following workout may not erase all the damage but it will definitely make you feel tighter, look more defined, and seriously test your cardio endurance.

You will work 2 body parts per day with 4 exercises per body part and do 8 sets of 8 reps for all exercises with a moderate weight and only 20 second rest intervals between sets. So if you've been leg pressing a maximum of 180 lb. you will have to lower that by 50-60%; to about 90-108lb.
