Warmup with jumping jacks for 1 minute about 60 total


Quad & Calf Circuit
Heels together calf raises 20 (bodyweight)
Stationary Lunges 15 each side (moderate weight)
Jumping jack squats 15 (bodyweight)
Single leg calf raises 20 each side (moderate weight)
Repeat circuit 2 more times without rest


Hamstring & Butt Circuit
Skydiver Hip Extensions 15 (bodyweight)
Single Leg High Hip Thrusts 15 each side (maintain resting leg straight and knee level)
Balance Ball Leg Curls 15 (bodyweight)
Repeat circuit 1 more time


Cardio Interval
Jog in place 15 seconds
March in place 15 seconds
Skate side to side 15 seconds
Jog in place high knees 15 seconds


Quad Hamstring & Butt
Wide Stance Squats 10 (holding heavy weights inside the legs)
Repeat for 1 more time then rest one minute


Hamstring & Butt
Single Leg Squat Off Step or Chair 8 each side
Stand on a sturdy chair or step. Balance on right foot, maintain left leg straight but remove left foot off the chair so it's hovering above the floor. Slowly bend the right knee and lower your left foot towards the floor until your right leg is almost parallel with the floor. If you've done everything right your leg will be shaking like crazy and you will feel as though you have no balance. Tighten your abs and lean forward slightly for balance. You can use a wall for balance but try not to use it to help yourself up. Eventually this exercise will be a piece of cake.
