The following plan is the one that has been talked about so much. Follow the below meal and exercise plan while using the L.A. Diet Plan capsules as directed below and watch the pounds dissappear! We have had so may enjoy this program that we have placed it online for all to see free of charge. This is the same program that was viewable to members only last year. Follow the program as listed below. Many of the foods and beverages can be substituted with another choice if desired. Simply click on the "Food Substitute Menu" link to check the calories and fat of your food choice. Try to make your substitutions match the listed food/beverage values.

Note: This is the program which has worked best with the "L.A. Diet Plan" capsules and has been chosen through a process of eliminating over 1500 other plans. "L.A. Diet Plan" capsules seem to react better with certain meal programs. Good luck to everyone!
